The PolarBox Series walk-in cooler is a commercial refrigeration unit designed for indoor and outdoor cold storage use. Proudly Made in America, it is constructed with durable 24-gauge white galvanized steel for commercial food service environments. The enclosure features 4-inch polyurethane insulation with R-28 thermal resistance for reliable temperature control. Overall dimensions are 295" (L) x 79" (W) x 87" (H), with a nominal size of 25 ft depth and 7 ft height.

The unit is built with a modular cam-lock, tongue & groove hinge system that supports panel alignment during installation. A single solid swing door with 77 in height is integrated into the enclosure. The door features a self-closing flush-mounted design with keyed lock access for controlled entry in commercial kitchen storage areas. One-door configuration supports organized movement of food inventory and refrigerated supplies.

This walk-in cooler uses a remote refrigeration system that separates the cooling equipment from the enclosure. The refrigeration setup includes a thermostatic expansion valve and liquid line solenoid valve (TXV/TEV) for refrigerant flow control. A condensing unit and evaporator are included with the system. Electrical specification includes 208/230 V, 1 phase, 60 Hz with hardwired connection for fixed commercial installation.

The cooler includes a standard galvanized steel floor with with-floor construction for structural support. Certifications include UL Listed US, NSF Listed, and DOE compliance for commercial kitchen applications. It belongs to the PolarBox Series and is supplied as 1/Each.
