The PolarBox Series walk-in cooler is a commercial cold storage unit for indoor and outdoor food storage applications. Proudly Made in America, it is constructed with 24-gauge white galvanized steel for durability. It features 4-inch polyurethane insulation with R-28 thermal resistance for stable temperature control. Overall dimensions are 276" (L) x 79" (W) x 87" (H), with nominal size of 23 ft depth and 7 ft height.
The structure uses a modular cam-lock, tongue & groove hinge system that supports panel alignment during installation. A single solid swing door with 77 in height is integrated into the unit. The door includes a flush-mounted, self-closing design with a keyed lock for controlled access in commercial kitchen storage areas. One-door configuration supports direct entry for food handling and inventory movement.
This walk-in cooler uses a remote refrigeration system where the condensing unit and evaporator are installed separately from the enclosure. The system includes a thermostatic expansion valve and liquid line solenoid valve (TXV/TEV) for refrigerant flow regulation. It comes with a condensing unit and evaporator as part of the setup. Electrical specification includes 208/230 V, 1 phase, 60 Hz with hardwired plug type for fixed commercial installation.
The unit includes a standard galvanized steel floor with with-floor construction for structural stability.
