The PolarBox Series walk-in cooler is a commercial-grade cold storage unit designed for indoor and outdoor food storage in professional kitchens. Proudly Made in America, it is constructed from 24-gauge white galvanized steel for durability. The unit features 4-inch polyurethane insulation with R-28 thermal resistance for efficient temperature control. Overall dimensions are 256" (L) x 79" (W) x 87" (H), with a nominal size of 21 ft depth and 7 ft height suitable for storage needs.

The unit is constructed with a modular cam-lock, tongue & groove hinge system that supports panel alignment during installation. A single solid swing door with 77 in height is integrated into the structure. The door features a flush-mounted, self-closing design with a keyed lock for controlled access in commercial kitchen storage areas. One-door configuration supports straightforward entry for food handling and inventory movement.

This walk-in cooler uses a remote refrigeration system, separating the cooling equipment from the enclosure. The system includes a thermostatic expansion valve and liquid line solenoid valve (TXV/TEV) for refrigerant flow control. It comes with a condensing unit and evaporator as part of the setup.
