The PolarBox Series Walk-In Cooler is designed for commercial kitchen storage in restaurants and food handling areas. It features white galvanized steel construction, providing a structured exterior suited for repeated kitchen use. The unit measures 59" (L) x 79" (W) x 87" (H), aligning with a nominal size of 5 ft width, 6 ft depth, and 7 ft height for space planning.

This walk-in cooler includes top mounted refrigeration with a 1 phase, 208/230 V, 60 Hz electrical configuration. The refrigeration system uses R-448A refrigerant and comes with a condensing unit and evaporator, supporting controlled cooling conditions. The top-mounted compressor location allows overhead installation suited for indoor and outdoor setups.

The cabinet uses polyurethane insulation with 4 in thickness and R-28 thermal resistance, supporting temperature retention in a commercial kitchen environment. The insulation material is CFC & HFC free, aligning with standard refrigeration material requirements. The structure is built with 24 gauge material, offering a defined panel build.

It includes a solid swing door with a 77 in height, self-closing and flush-mounted design for access control. The door is equipped with a keyed lock and modular cam-lock, tongue & groove hinge system for panel assembly. The unit is floorless and hardwired, and it includes a 10-year panel warranty, 1-year door parts, 2-year compressor & parts, and 1-year labor on the refrigeration unit. Certifications include UL Listed US, NSF Listed, and DOE.
