PolarBox Series 5' x 17' Quick Ship Floorless Walk-In Cooler with Remote Refrigeration

The PolarBox Series Walk-In Cooler is designed for commercial kitchen storage in restaurants and food handling areas. It features white galvanized steel construction suited for structured use. The unit measures 59" (L) x 197" (W) x 87" (H), with nominal dimensions of 5 ft width, 17 ft depth, and 7 ft height for installation planning.

This walk-in cooler operates on 1 phase, 208/230 V, 60 Hz power and uses a remote refrigeration system. It includes a condensing unit and evaporator, along with a thermostatic expansion valve and liquid line solenoid valve (TXV/TEV), forming part of the refrigeration setup. The unit is hardwired and designed for indoor and outdoor use.

The cabinet uses polyurethane insulation with 4 in thickness and R-28 thermal resistance. The insulation material is CFC & HFC free, and the structure uses 24 gauge panels, supporting defined panel construction in commercial kitchen environments. The unit comes without a floor, allowing placement over existing surfaces.

It includes a solid swing door with a 77 in height, featuring a self-closing and flush-mounted design. The door includes a keyed lock and modular cam-lock, tongue & groove hinge system for assembly. It includes a 10-year panel warranty, 1-year parts on doors, and 1-year compressor & parts on the remote refrigeration unit. Certifications include UL Listed US, NSF Listed, and DOE.
