PolarBox Series 12' x 28' Quick Ship Floorless Walk-In Cooler with Top Mounted Refrigeration

The PolarBox Series Walk-In Cooler is a commercial refrigeration unit designed for restaurants, commercial kitchens, and food service operations requiring refrigerated storage space. It is constructed with white galvanized steel and supports indoor and outdoor installation environments. The unit operates with a top-mounted refrigeration configuration and includes condensing unit and evaporator for integrated cooling operation.

The unit measures 138" (L) x 335" (W) x 87" (H) with a nominal size of 12 ft width, 28 ft depth, and 7 ft height, supporting refrigerated food storage in commercial kitchen applications. It features 4-inch polyurethane insulation with R-28 thermal resistance for temperature retention in refrigerated environments. The electrical setup operates on 1-phase, 208/230 V, 60 Hz power with a hardwired connection type.

The door system includes one solid swing door with 77-inch height, self-closing operation, flush-mounted construction, keyed lock, and modular cam-lock tongue & groove hinge design. This configuration supports organized access in restaurant food storage areas. The floorless structure supports installation flexibility across different commercial refrigeration layouts.

The refrigeration system uses R-448A refrigerant with a top-mounted compressor location for cooling operation. It is constructed using 24 gauge CFC & HFC-free material and carries UL Listed US, NSF Listed, and DOE certifications. Warranty coverage includes 10-year panel warranty, 1-year door parts warranty, 2-year compressor and refrigeration parts warranty, and 1-year labor on refrigeration unit.
