PolarBox Series 12' x 13' Quick Ship Floorless Walk-In Cooler with Remote Refrigeration

The PolarBox Series Walk-In Cooler is a commercial refrigeration unit designed for restaurants, commercial kitchens, and food service operations requiring refrigerated storage space. It is constructed with white galvanized steel and supports both indoor and outdoor installation environments. The unit operates with a remote refrigeration configuration and includes condensing unit and evaporator for integrated cooling operation.

The unit measures 138" (L) x 157" (W) x 87" (H) with a nominal size of 12 ft width, 13 ft depth, and 7 ft height, supporting refrigerated food storage in commercial kitchen environments. It features 4-inch polyurethane insulation with R-28 thermal resistance for temperature retention. The electrical setup operates on 1-phase, 208/230 V, 60 Hz power with a hardwired connection type.

The door system includes one solid swing door with 77-inch height, self-closing operation, flush-mounted construction, keyed lock, and modular cam-lock tongue & groove hinge design. This configuration supports controlled access in restaurant food storage applications. The floorless structure supports installation flexibility across different commercial refrigeration layouts.

The refrigeration system uses thermostatic expansion valve (TXV/TEV) and liquid line solenoid valve for refrigeration flow control. It is constructed using 24 gauge CFC & HFC-free material and carries UL Listed US, NSF Listed, and DOE certifications. Warranty coverage includes 10-year panel warranty, 1-year parts on doors, and 1-year compressor and remote refrigeration unit parts warranty.
