PolarBox Series 10' x 30' Quick Ship Floorless Walk-In Cooler with Top Mounted Refrigeration

The PolarBox Series Walk-In Cooler is a commercial refrigeration system designed for food storage in restaurants, commercial kitchens, and food service operations requiring large chilled storage capacity. It is constructed with white galvanized steel for structural strength and supports both indoor and outdoor installation environments. The system operates with a top-mounted refrigeration configuration and includes condensing unit and evaporator.

The unit measures 118" (L) x 354" (W) x 87" (H) with a nominal size of 10 ft width, 30 ft depth, and 7 ft height, supporting high-volume cold storage requirements in commercial kitchen setups. It uses 4-inch polyurethane insulation with R-28 thermal resistance, supporting temperature stability in refrigerated storage environments. The system operates on a 1-phase, 208/230 V, 60 Hz electrical supply with a hardwired plug type connection.

The door system includes a single solid swing door with 77-inch height, self-closing function, flush-mounted design, keyed lock, and modular cam-lock tongue & groove construction. This configuration supports controlled access in food storage operations. The floorless design supports installation flexibility across different commercial refrigeration layouts.

The refrigeration system uses R-448A refrigerant with a top-mounted compressor location and integrated cooling system. It is constructed with 24 gauge CFC & HFC-free material and carries UL Listed US, NSF Listed, and DOE certifications. Warranty coverage includes 10-year panel warranty, 1-year door parts, 2-year compressor and refrigeration parts, and 1-year labor on refrigeration unit.
