The PolarBox Series Walk-In Cooler is a commercial refrigeration system designed for food storage in restaurants, commercial kitchens, and food handling facilities requiring controlled chilled storage space. It is built with white galvanized steel construction and supports indoor and outdoor installation environments. The system operates with a top-mounted refrigeration configuration for structured cooling distribution.

The unit measures 118" (L) x 335" (W) x 87" (H) with a nominal size of 10 ft width, 28 ft depth, and 7 ft height, providing extended cold storage capacity for commercial kitchen operations. The insulation system uses 4-inch polyurethane panels with R-28 thermal resistance for temperature stability within storage conditions. It operates on a 1-phase, 208/230 V, 60 Hz electrical supply with a hardwired connection type.

The door system includes a single solid swing door with 77-inch height, self-closing function, flush-mounted design, keyed lock, and modular cam-lock tongue & groove construction. This configuration supports controlled access in food storage areas. The unit is floorless, supporting installation flexibility based on site requirements in commercial refrigeration setups.

The refrigeration system uses R-448A refrigerant with top-mounted compressor placement and includes condensing unit and evaporator. The unit is UL Listed US, NSF Listed, and DOE certified for commercial refrigeration standards. Warranty coverage includes 10-year panel warranty, 1-year door parts, 2-year compressor and refrigeration parts, and 1-year labor on refrigeration unit.
