PolarBox Series 10' x 26' Quick Ship Floorless Walk-In Cooler with Remote Refrigeration

The PolarBox Series Walk-In Cooler is a commercial refrigeration unit designed for food storage in restaurants, commercial kitchens, and food service operations requiring controlled cold storage space. It is constructed with white galvanized steel for exterior durability and structured for indoor and outdoor installation. The unit operates on remote refrigeration with included condensing unit and evaporator for system integration.

The cooler measures 118" (L) x 315" (W) x 87" (H) with a nominal size of 10 ft width, 26 ft depth, and 7 ft height, providing large-scale cold storage capacity. The structure uses 4-inch polyurethane insulation with R-28 thermal resistance for temperature retention performance. It operates on a 1-phase, 208/230 V, 60 Hz electrical supply with hardwired plug type connection.

Door construction includes a single solid swing door with 77-inch height, self-closing function, flush-mounted design, keyed lock, and modular cam-lock tongue & groove system. The door configuration supports controlled access in commercial kitchen environments. The floorless design supports installation flexibility for different site requirements.

The unit uses CFC & HFC-free insulation material and includes thermostatic expansion valve (TXV/TEV) with liquid line solenoid valve for refrigeration flow control. It is UL Listed US, NSF Listed, and DOE certified. The system includes a 10-year panel warranty, 1-year parts warranty on doors, and 1-year compressor and remote refrigeration parts warranty.
