PolarBox Series 10' x 18' Quick Ship Walk-In Cooler With Floor & Top Mounted Refrigeration

The PolarBox Series walk-in cooler is designed for commercial kitchen refrigerated storage in restaurants, foodservice operations, and hospitality facilities. It features white galvanized steel construction with 24-gauge material for cold storage environments. The unit measures 217" (L) x 118" (W) x 87" (H) with a nominal 18 ft depth and 10 ft width configuration.

This 1-door walk-in cooler includes a solid swing door with a 77" door height for refrigerated storage access in commercial food handling areas. The self-closing flush-mounted door supports kitchen workflow while the keyed lock provides controlled access. The modular cam-lock tongue and groove hinge design supports panel connection, and the unit includes a standard galvanized steel floor.

The top mounted refrigeration system uses R-448A refrigerant and includes both the condensing unit and evaporator. The walk-in cooler operates on 208/230 V, 1 phase, 60 Hz electrical service with a hardwired connection. Polyurethane insulation with 4" insulation thickness and R-28 thermal resistance supports refrigerated holding conditions in commercial kitchens.

This walk-in cooler is suitable for indoor and outdoor use in restaurant and foodservice environments. The unit uses CFC and HFC free material construction and is UL Listed US, NSF Listed, and DOE compliant. It is proudly made in America and includes a 10-year panel warranty, 1-year door parts warranty, 2-year compressor and parts warranty, and 1-year labor warranty on the refrigeration unit by the manufacturer.
