PolarBox Series 10' x 17' Quick Ship Floorless Walk-In Cooler with Remote Refrigeration

The PolarBox Series Walk-In Cooler is designed for commercial kitchen operations, restaurants, and food storage applications requiring controlled refrigerated space. It features white galvanized steel construction suitable for daily use in food handling environments. The unit measures 118" (L) x 197" (W) x 87" (H), with a nominal size of 10 ft width, 17 ft depth, and 7 ft height for structured cold storage layout.

This walk-in cooler includes 4-inch polyurethane insulation with an R-28 thermal resistance rating to support refrigerated holding conditions. The insulation material is CFC and HFC free and combined with 24-gauge steel panels. A modular cam-lock and tongue-and-groove hinge system supports panel alignment and assembly in commercial refrigeration installations.

The refrigeration system uses a remote refrigeration configuration with an included condensing unit and evaporator. It incorporates a thermostatic expansion valve and liquid line solenoid valve (TXV/TEV) for refrigeration control. The system operates on 208/230 V, 60 Hz, single-phase electrical supply with a hardwired connection for commercial kitchen use.

This model includes a solid swing door with a 77-inch height, self-closing operation, and flush-mounted design. A keyed lock supports controlled access in food storage areas. The unit is built without a floor and supports indoor and outdoor installation. It includes UL Listed US, NSF Listed, and DOE certifications along with a 10-year panel warranty and 1-year warranty on doors and remote refrigeration components.
