PolarBox Series 10' x 15' Quick Ship Floorless Walk-In Cooler with Top Mounted Refrigeration

The PolarBox Series Walk-In Cooler is designed for commercial kitchen operations, restaurants, and refrigerated food storage applications. It features white galvanized steel construction for daily foodservice use. The unit measures 118" (L) x 177" (W) x 87" (H), with a nominal size of 10 ft width, 15 ft depth, and 7 ft height for organized cold storage in restaurant environments.

This walk-in cooler includes 4-inch thick polyurethane insulation with an R-28 thermal resistance rating to support refrigerated holding conditions. The insulation material is CFC and HFC free and paired with 24-gauge panel construction. The modular cam-lock and tongue-and-groove panel design supports structured assembly for commercial refrigeration installations.

The refrigeration system features a top-mounted configuration with included condensing unit and evaporator. It uses R-448A refrigerant and operates on 208/230 V, 60 Hz, and single-phase electrical service with a hardwired connection. The top-mounted refrigeration layout positions the compressor section above the cooler storage area.

This walk-in refrigeration model features a solid self-closing swing door with a 77-inch height and flush-mounted design for reliable daily operation. A keyed lock supports secure access in food storage environments. Built without a floor, it supports both indoor and outdoor installation. The unit is UL Listed US, NSF Listed, and DOE certified. Warranty coverage includes 10-year panels, 1-year door parts, 2-year compressor and parts, and 1-year labor on the refrigeration system.
