The True TSSU-72-16-HC Sandwich Prep Table is a commercial refrigeration unit designed for high-volume kitchens that need both prep space and cold storage. This unit features a durable stainless steel exterior and a stainless steel and aluminum interior, making it a reliable choice for demanding foodservice environments. With a capacity of 21.5 cubic feet, it offers ample refrigerated space to keep ingredients fresh and organized. 

It comes with a 72.37" (W) x 11.75" (D) x 1/2" thick cutting board, which is a large work surface for sandwich and salad prep. It holds up to 16 sixth-size pans, for easy management of multiple ingredients. Its standard top provides quick access, and the refrigerated base offers organized storage for backup ingredients using 6 PVC-coated wire shelves behind 3 solid swing doors. The self-closing doors retain cold air, save energy, and maintain food safety.

It operates on 115V/1ph, drawing 7.2 amps and uses a 7ft cord with a  NEMA 5-15P plug type for easy installation. It uses a rear-mounted 1/2 HP compressor with side and rear breathing, for efficient cooling. The forced-air cooling system maintains a consistent temperature range of 33°F to 41°F with the eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant. The unit is fully insulated with polyurethane, enhancing temperature retention for longer-lasting freshness.

This commercial prep table is built for convenience and mobility. It includes four swivel casters with brakes and has a work surface height of 36". It has dimensions 72.38" (W)x 30.12"(D) x 36.75" (H) (43"with casters). The unit is UL Listed, cULus certified and UL EPH Classified.
