The True TFP-72-30M-D-4 Sandwich/Salad Prep Table is a high-capacity commercial refrigeration solution built for demanding kitchens that require efficient food prep and cold storage. With a spacious 27.3 cubic feet capacity, it is equipped to hold up to 30 pans of 1/6 size pans for ingredient flexibility in one unit.
It features a Mega Top design with a 72.12-inch wide and 8-inch deep cutting board that supports continuous slicing and plating, while the removable hood and forced-air cooling system maintain food-safe temperatures between 33°F to 41°F. The unit’s solid swing door, four drawers, and two interior shelves offer well-organized access and storage.
The refrigerated base sits counter-height and is constructed from durable stainless steel and aluminum, insulated with polyurethane for maximum efficiency. Mounted on 6 swivel casters with brakes and fitted with a 7 ft power cord, the unit is designed for easy movement and flexible placement. Its compressor is rear-mounted and side/rear breathing.
Certified by UL, UL EPH Classified, and cULus, the unit runs on 115V, 60Hz, 1 phase power with a 1/3 HP compressor and 5.1 amps.
