True TSSU-60-24M-B-ST-HC~SPEC3 60" Mega Top Sandwich and Salad Prep Table, Holds (24) 1/6 Pans, Stainless Steel, 7 Year Warranty

The True 60-inch Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a self-contained refrigerated prep unit built for commercial kitchens in restaurants, delis, and sandwich shops that need reliable cold storage and a full-width working surface in one footprint. Proudly Made in America, this unit ships as a single piece and is designed to integrate smoothly into high-volume sandwich and salad preparation lines.

The Mega Top rail holds 24 pans total, with a 1/6-size pan capacity of 9, giving prep cooks immediate access to a wide range of ingredients without leaving the station. A foam-insulated cover protects pan contents when the rail is not in active use, and the included 11 3/4-inch deep, 1/2-inch thick cutting board sits directly above the two solid stainless steel doors for a continuous, cleanable prep surface. The interior is finished with a stainless steel liner and a stainless steel floor with coved corners, making sanitation straightforward at the end of service.

Temperature is held between 33°F and 41°F by a 1/3 HP front-breathing compressor running on R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, a low-GWP choice suited to commercial kitchen environments focused on reducing refrigerant impact. The digital control and temperature display give kitchen staff a clear, at-a-glance reading without opening the cabinet. Four PVC-coated wire adjustable shelves, each 27 1/2 inches long by 16 inches deep, make use of the interior below the doors. The unit draws 6.5 amps at 115 volts, single phase, 60 Hz, and connects via a NEMA 5-15P plug on a 10-foot power cord. Overall dimensions are 60.375 inches wide by 34.125 inches deep by 40.375 inches tall, supported by four 5-inch casters for mobility on the kitchen floor.

The unit carries cULus Listed, UL EPH Classified, and NSF/ANSI Standard 7 certifications, meeting the safety and food equipment hygiene standards expected for commercial food handling. Heavy-duty all-metal handles and a stainless steel exterior in silver finish add durability to daily use. It includes a 7-year warranty by the manufacturer, covering 7 years of parts and labour as well as a 7-year compressor warranty.
