The True 48" Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a four-drawer, self-contained refrigerated prep unit built for sandwich stations, salad lines, and cold food assembly in commercial kitchens and restaurants. Proudly Made in America, it delivers consistent refrigeration across a temperature range of 33°F to 41°F, keeping ingredients at safe holding temperatures throughout a busy service.

The unit measures 48.125" wide by 31.5" deep by 45.75" tall and rides on four 2.5" casters for flexible placement on the kitchen floor. Four recessed-handle drawers provide organized, drawer-access cold storage, and the 18-pan capacity rail accommodates a full lineup of hotel pans for mise en place. An included 8" deep, 1/2" thick cutting board mounts directly above the rail, giving prep cooks an integrated work surface without a separate cutting station.

A front-mounted 1/5 HP compressor running on 115V, 1-phase power at 2.9 amperes draws modest energy and keeps the mechanical components accessible for routine service.
