Medal Equipment 27" Sandwich / Salad Prep Table, 1 Door, 8 Pans, Stainless Steel

The Medal Equipment 27" Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a compact refrigerated workstation for commercial kitchens that need a dedicated area for sandwich and salad assembly. With a 27.75 inch width, it fits into tight lines while keeping ingredients within reach of the chef.

The top holds 8 pans in a 1/6 size configuration, and the single solid door opens to a 7.3 cubic foot interior. Inside, one adjustable plastic coated steel shelf helps organize food storage, and the 201 stainless steel interior with coved corners supports routine cleaning. The exterior is 430 stainless steel in a silver finish.

A digital thermostat maintains temperatures from 33°F to 41°F, shown on the LED temperature display. The self-closing door with a greater than 90 degree stay-open feature and a magnetic door gasket help hold temperature during service. The unit uses R-600a refrigerant, auto-defrost, and a recessed handle.

The prep table operates on 115V, 60Hz, single phase power with a NEMA 5-15P plug. Four 4 inch casters, two locking and two non-locking, allow repositioning for cleaning or layout changes. It is cETLus and ETL Sanitation listed. It includes a 2-year warranty by the manufacturer.
