The FrostLine Series Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a reliable refrigerated unit designed for commercial kitchens. Made from durable stainless steel interior and exterior with a sleek silver finish, this prep table features a spacious mega top cutting board measuring 28.9" W x 12" D, providing an efficient workspace for sandwich and salad preparation. It includes 12 clear polycarbonate pans (1/6 size, 4" deep) for organized ingredient storage.

The refrigerated base has a 7 cu. ft. capacity with a single solid swing door with magnetic gasket sealing. Powered by a side-mounted, front-breathing compressor using hydrocarbon R-290 refrigerant (3 oz capacity), the unit maintains consistent temperatures ranging from 33°F to 41°F. A Dixell electronic thermostat with a digital LED display helps control and monitor temperature. The system operates on 115 V, 60 Hz power with 3 amps and a 1/5 HP motor.
