The Frigomax Series 29" Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a compact, single-door cold prep unit designed for sandwich stations, salad lines, and light cold prep work in commercial kitchens and restaurants with moderate throughput demands.

Built from stainless steel with a silver finish, this freestanding unit measures 30" (L) x 29" (W) x 42 5/8" (H) and holds 7.6 cubic feet of refrigerated storage. The standard top accommodates up to eight 1/6-size pans, keeping ingredients organized and within easy reach during service. One adjustable epoxy-coated shelf inside the cabinet adds flexible interior storage for additional food prep items.

The unit operates at 115V, 60Hz, single-phase power via a NEMA 5-15P plug, drawing 1.7 amperes and running a 1/5 horsepower compressor. Electronic controls manage the temperature range of 33°F to 41°F, suitable for maintaining safe holding temperatures for sandwich and salad ingredients. The EC fan motor supports energy-conscious operation, and the evaporation fan automatically stops working when the door is open to maintain interior temperature stability during access.

The self-closing door with a 90-degree stay-open feature supports hands-free access during busy service periods. Four heavy-duty casters with brakes allow the unit to be repositioned across the kitchen floor and locked securely in place when needed. Cutting boards and compatible pans are available separately.
