The Dukers 72 inch Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a freestanding refrigerated unit built for commercial kitchens that assemble sandwiches, salads, and cold plates during service. With a mega top and 30 sixth-size pan capacity, it keeps ingredients within reach at the prep station for chefs and line cooks.
