The Dukers 36" Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a freestanding refrigerated unit built for commercial kitchens that need a dedicated station for sandwich and salad assembly. It combines a mega top pan rail with a two-door refrigerated cabinet, so restaurant staff can reach ingredients and cold storage from the same footprint.

The cabinet holds 11.47 cubic feet and includes 15 1/6 size pan slots across the mega top. A 6 inch deep 1/6 plastic pan is included. Two solid doors open to adjustable coated stainless steel shelving, and the interior is stainless steel. The exterior is stainless steel in silver, and the unit sits on 6 inch lockable casters for repositioning during cleaning or service changes.

The refrigeration system runs on R290 refrigerant with a rear mounted 1/5 horsepower compressor. The temperature range is 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, managed by a digital control with an LED display. Automatic defrost reduces manual maintenance. The unit operates on 115 volts, 60 hertz, and 2.4 amperes, with a NEMA 5-15P plug and 280 watts of power draw. C-Pentane insulation is used in the cabinet construction.
