The Dukers 36 inch Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a freestanding refrigerated unit built for commercial kitchens that assemble sandwiches, salads, and cold plates during service. It combines a stainless steel work top with a refrigerated base, so restaurant staff can prep and store ingredients in one footprint.

The base holds 8.98 cubic feet and uses two drawers instead of a door, each sized for 6 inch deep food pans and offering 10 1/6 size pan positions in total. Digital controls with an LED display keep the cabinet between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and automatic defrost reduces manual maintenance. The interior is stainless steel, matching the silver stainless steel exterior.

The unit runs on 115 volts at 60 hertz, drawing 2.4 amperes and 280 watts, with a 1/5 horsepower compressor mounted at the rear. It ships with a NEMA 5-15P plug and uses R290 refrigerant. C-Pentane insulation fills the cabinet walls. Four 6 inch lockable casters are included, so the table can be moved for cleaning or repositioned on the line.
