The Dukers 36" Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a freestanding refrigerated unit built for commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food service operations that need a dedicated station for sandwich and salad preparation. It combines a refrigerated base with a standard top that holds 1/6 size pans, keeping ingredients within reach during service.
