The CoolEdge Series CEST29 commercial sandwich and salad prep table is a freestanding unit with a stainless steel exterior and recessed handle. Measuring 29.12 in (W) x 31.5 in (D) x 43.62 in (H), it holds eight 1/6 size pans on the standard top and includes one adjustable coated wire shelf inside. The design features a solid swing-style self-closing door for product access. A bottom-mounted 1/5 HP compressor with 280 W power uses R290 refrigerant to maintain a temperature range of 33°F to 41°F. The unit operates on 115 V, 60 Hz, single-phase power at 2.4 A through a NEMA 5-15P plug with a 9 ft power cord. Auto defrost is included to reduce manual upkeep, and the maximum ambient operating temperature is 100.4°F.The prep table includes digital controls with an LED display for temperature management.
