The Continental Refrigerator sandwich & salad prep table from the Mighty Top series is designed for restaurants and commercial kitchen prep areas requiring refrigerated storage with ingredient access. It is proudly made in America and constructed from stainless steel with an aluminum interior and back. The unit measures 36" (L) x 35" (W) x 42.25" (H) and features a mega top configuration.

It provides 10.3 cb3 capacity and holds up to 15 pans (1/6 size). The unit includes 2 solid doors with Santoprene magnetic snap-in gaskets and chrome handles. It also includes 2 heavy-duty epoxy coated steel shelves. An insulated lid and 8-inch cutting board support prep workflows, along with removable interior tub sections below pans.

The system operates on 115 V, 1 phase, 60 Hz with 2.46 A and 1/5 HP. It uses R-290 refrigerant and maintains 33° to 41°F. It features a rear-mounted compressor with side/rear breathing, self-contained refrigeration, non-corrosive plasticized fin evaporator coil, electronic control, digital display, hi-low alarm, and off-cycle defrost.
