The Coldline 72-inch Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a freestanding, standard-top prep unit designed for sandwich stations, salad lines, and cold food assembly in commercial kitchens and restaurants. With three solid doors and a 19 cubic feet interior, it supports high-volume ingredient storage between meal services.

The unit holds up to 18 pans in 1/6 size, and comes with cutting boards and clear pans included. The cutting board measures 71.5 inches wide by 10.24 inches deep, running the full length of the work surface at a comfortable 35.25-inch work surface height. The stainless steel interior measures 67.25 inches wide by 22.99 inches deep by 25.87 inches high, with three adjustable coated steel shelves sized at 21.46 inches wide by 22.04 inches deep.

Temperature is maintained between 33°F and 40°F using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, a low-GWP choice that operates on a side-mounted, side and rear breathing 1/4 HP compressor. Electronic controls with a digital thermostat and digital temperature display allow straightforward monitoring on the line. Automatic defrost reduces manual upkeep during a shift.
