The Coldline 72-inch Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a freestanding, standard-top prep unit designed for sandwich stations, salad lines, and cold food assembly in commercial kitchens and restaurants. With three solid doors and an 11 cubic feet interior finished in stainless steel, it offers accessible refrigerated storage at a working surface height of 36.7 inches.

The unit holds up to 18 one-sixth size pans in the rail above a 72-inch wide by 9.4-inch deep cutting board included with the unit, along with a set of clear pans. The interior measures 67 inches wide by 18.6 inches deep by 29.1 inches tall, with two left/right shelves at 21 inches wide by 10.82 inches deep and one middle shelf at 21.45 inches wide by 10.82 inches deep. All shelves are adjustable and made from epoxy coated steel.

Refrigeration is handled by a side-mounted, 1/4 horsepower compressor using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, a lower global warming potential option suited to commercial kitchen environments. The electronic digital thermostat and digital temperature display allow the chef or kitchen operator to monitor and adjust the holding range of 33 degrees F to 41 degrees F. Automatic defrost reduces manual maintenance demands, and polyurethane insulation supports consistent cabinet temperatures up to a maximum ambient temperature of 104 degrees F.

The unit runs on 115V at 5.6 amps through a NEMA 5-15P plug with an 8-foot power cord, drawing single-phase, 60 Hz power. Six casters, three fitted with brakes and three without, allow repositioning on the kitchen floor. Self-closing doors with a 90-degree stay-open feature support efficient workflow during service.
