The Coldline Mega Top Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a 3-door, freestanding refrigerated prep station designed for sandwich lines, salad stations, and deli operations in commercial kitchens and restaurants.

The unit measures 70.4" (W) x 34" (D) x 45.9" (H) and holds 20 cubic feet of interior storage, with an interior cavity of 66.4" (W) x 23.8" (D) x 23.5" (H). The mega top pan rail accommodates up to 30 one-sixth size pans, and a 70.4" wide x 8" deep x 0.75" thick cutting board is included along with clear pans. Three adjustable epoxy coated steel shelves, each 21.6"W x 17"D, are mounted inside the stainless steel interior.

Temperature is maintained between 33°F and 41°F, controlled by an electronic digital thermostat with a digital temperature display. The side-mounted 2/3 HP compressor uses a side and rear breathing configuration and operates on R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, a low-GWP choice rated for ambient environments up to 90°F. Automatic defrost, polyurethane insulation, and solid self-closing doors with a 90-degree stay-open feature support consistent operation on a commercial prep line. The unit runs at 115V, 3.3 amps, single phase, 60 Hz and connects via a NEMA 5-15P plug with an 8-foot power cord.

Four casters (2 with brakes, 2 without) allow repositioning on the kitchen floor. The silver stainless steel exterior with recessed handles and solid lid suits a range of commercial kitchen layouts.
