The Coldline 48-inch Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a freestanding refrigerated prep station designed for sandwich lines, salad stations, and cold food assembly in commercial kitchens and restaurants. With a 12 cubic feet interior built from stainless steel, it holds ingredients at a safe 33°F to 41°F temperature range while keeping prep within arm's reach.

The unit measures 46.8" (W) x 29.5" (D) x 42.3" (H) and features a stainless steel exterior in silver with recessed handles and two solid doors equipped with self-closing hinges that stay open at 90° for hands-free access during service. The 46.8" x 11.5" cutting board and included clear pans accommodate up to 12 standard 1/6-size pans along the top rail, while two adjustable epoxy-coated steel shelves inside provide additional cold storage below.

Powered at 115V, 60Hz, single phase, the 1/2 horsepower side-mounted compressor uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, a low-GWP choice for commercial kitchen environments. Electronic temperature controls with a digital thermostat and digital temperature display allow straightforward monitoring, and automatic defrost reduces routine maintenance. The side and rear breathing compressor layout suits placement against a wall without restricting airflow. Four casters, two with brakes and two without, allow the unit to be repositioned on the kitchen floor as needed.

The prep table is cETLus Listed, ETL Sanitation Listed, and conforms to UL and NSF standards, reflecting suitability for commercial food handling environments.
