The Coldline 47-inch Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a freestanding, standard-top prep unit suited for sandwich stations, salad lines, and cold food assembly in a commercial kitchen or restaurant. It holds up to 12 cubic feet of refrigerated storage and accommodates 12 one-sixth-size pans in the top rail, keeping ingredients organized and within reach during service.

The unit measures 47.25 inches wide by 29.5 inches deep by 42.72 inches tall, with a stainless steel exterior and interior for durability and sanitation. The work surface stands at 35.25 inches high, and a 47.25-inch by 10.24-inch cutting board is included along with clear pans. Two adjustable coated steel shelves inside the cabinet, each measuring 21.18 inches wide by 22.04 inches deep, support additional storage below the rail.

The side-mounted, 1/4-horsepower compressor uses a side and rear breathing configuration and runs on R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, maintaining a temperature range of 33 degrees F to 40 degrees F. Temperature is managed through an electronic digital thermostat with a digital display, and the system performs automatic defrost. The unit draws 3.3 amps at 115V, 60Hz on a single-phase circuit and plugs into a standard NEMA 5-15P outlet via a 7.6-foot power cord. It operates in ambient temperatures up to 100 degrees F.

Two solid doors feature recessed handles and self-closing hinges with a 90-degree stay-open position for hands-free loading. Four casters, two with brakes and two without, allow the unit to be repositioned on the kitchen floor when needed. Polyurethane insulation surrounds the cabinet.
