The Coldline 36-inch Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a freestanding, standard-top prep unit suited for delis, sandwich shops, and commercial kitchens that need reliable refrigerated prep space at the line.

The unit holds up to 10 standard 1/6-size pans in the cold rail and offers a 9 cubic feet interior with stainless steel walls measuring 31.25 inches wide by 23.8 inches deep by 23.5 inches high. Two solid doors with recessed handles and self-closing hinges that stay open at 90 degrees allow easy hands-free access during service. Behind the doors sit two adjustable epoxy-coated steel shelves, each measuring 15.8 inches wide by 17 inches deep, giving prep staff flexible interior organization.
