The Coldline 29-inch Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a compact, single-door refrigerated prep station designed for commercial kitchens, sandwich shops, delis, and restaurants that need efficient cold food assembly within a limited footprint.

The unit holds up to 5 cubic feet of interior storage across a stainless steel interior measuring 24" (W) x 18.6" (D) x 29.1" (H), and accommodates 8 one-sixth size pans in the top rail for ready access to ingredients during service. The 29" x 9.4" cutting board, included at 0.5-inch thickness, sits at a work surface height of 36.7 inches, positioning prep at a comfortable standing level for kitchen staff. Clear pans and cutting boards are included with the unit.

Refrigeration runs on R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, a low-GWP choice, powered by a 1/4 HP side-mounted compressor with side and rear breathing clearance. Electronic controls with a digital thermostat and digital temperature display maintain a holding range of 33°F to 41°F, suitable for cold food storage and preparation.
