The Coldline 27.5-inch Mega Top Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a freestanding refrigerated prep unit designed for sandwich stations, salad assembly, and cold ingredient preparation in commercial kitchens, delis, and restaurants.

The mega top rail holds up to 9 one-sixth-size pans and 3 one-ninth-size pans simultaneously, keeping ingredients at reach during busy service. The interior measures 24 inches wide by 23.8 inches deep by 23.5 inches high, offering 7 cubic feet of refrigerated cabinet space, and the work surface sits at a comfortable 35.2 inches high. A 27.5-inch wide by 8-inch deep cutting board, 0.75 inches thick, is included along with clear pans, providing a ready-to-use prep surface straight out of the box.

The unit runs on 115V single-phase power at 2 amperes, drawing just 0.5 horsepower from its side-mounted compressor, which uses a side and rear breathing configuration for flexible placement along a prep line. The R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is a low-GWP choice aligned with current environmental standards, and the automatic defrost cycle reduces manual maintenance.
