The Coldline 27-inch Mega Top Sandwich and Salad Prep Table is a freestanding refrigerated prep unit designed for sandwich stations, salad bars, and ingredient assembly lines in commercial kitchens and restaurants.

The mega top rail holds up to 9 one-sixth size pans and 3 one-ninth size pans simultaneously, keeping ingredients chilled and accessible at the work surface. The cutting board measures 27 inches wide by 7.87 inches deep, providing a practical prep surface directly above the pan rail. The work surface sits at 35.25 inches in height, which aligns with standard commercial kitchen counter ergonomics. Interior dimensions of 23.02 inches wide by 22.99 inches deep by 25.87 inches tall yield a 6.1 cubic feet cabinet, supported by one adjustable coated-steel shelf.
