The True 119" Pizza Prep Table is a freestanding, American-made refrigerated prep station built for high-volume commercial kitchens, pizzerias, and restaurants that need reliable cold storage and an expansive topping rail in a single unit.

The unit holds up to 15 one-third size pans and 12 full-size food pans in the topping rail, giving prep cooks immediate access to ingredients during service. Below the 119-inch by 19.5-inch stainless steel cutting board, a 1-door and 6-drawer configuration provides flexible access to refrigerated storage, with two adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves inside the cabinet. All door and drawer gaskets are magnetic, and the door is solid with a right-hand hinge and recessed handle for a clean, streamlined front.

Temperature is maintained between 33 degrees F and 41 degrees F through an air-cooled, rear-mounted compressor rated at 3/4 horsepower and 7.1 amperes.
