The True 119" Pizza Prep Table is a freestanding, stainless steel refrigerated prep unit built for high-volume pizza stations in commercial kitchens, restaurants, and pizzerias. Proudly made in America, it holds up to 15 one-third-size pans in the top rail while offering organized cold storage below across four solid doors.

The interior cabinet features 8 adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves, keeping ingredients accessible and organized during a busy service. A 119-inch-wide by 19.5-inch-deep cutting board runs the full length of the unit, providing a continuous prep surface at a standard 36-inch work surface height. Left and right hinge options on the four doors add flexibility when positioning the unit on the line.
