The Dukers 90 inch Pizza Prep Table is a three-door refrigerated prep station built for commercial kitchens that assemble pizzas and similar menu items in volume. It combines a 24.89 cubic foot refrigerated cabinet with a full-width prep surface, so restaurant and pizzeria staff can hold ingredients and build orders at the same station.

The cabinet holds up to 12 third-size pans for topping and ingredient storage, and three adjustable coated stainless steel shelves organize the interior. The stainless steel body and silver finish support routine cleaning in a food handling environment. Digital controls and an LED display show operating status, while fan assisted cooling and automatic defrost work together to maintain a temperature range of 33°F to 41°F.

The unit runs on 115 volts, 60 hertz, single phase power at 8.5 amperes and 620 watts, with a 1/2+ horsepower compressor mounted at the rear. It ships with a NEMA 5-15P plug. R-290 refrigerant and C-Pentane insulation are used in the build. The solid self-closing doors close at 60 degrees and hold open for loading, and the operating pressure range is 150 PSIG to 300 PSIG.

Six 5 inch casters with locks allow the table to be repositioned and secured during service. The product measures 90 3/8 inches wide, 31 1/2 inches deep, and 43 7/8 inches high, and weighs 423 pounds. It is cETLus Listed and ETL Sanitation Listed. It includes a 5-year warranty by the manufacturer.
