The Dukers 44" Pizza Prep Table is a refrigerated prep station built for commercial kitchens that assemble pizzas to order. Its single solid door and top pan rail keep ingredients within easy reach for chefs working a busy line.

The cabinet holds 9.88 cu ft and accepts six 1/3 size pans across the prep rail. Digital controls with a digital LED display let staff set and monitor the 33°F to 41°F temperature range, while automatic defrost keeps the interior consistent through service.

Stainless steel inside and out, the unit measures 44.25" W x 31.5" D x 43.875" H and rides on 5-inch locking casters for repositioning during cleaning. The rear-mounted compressor and R290 refrigerant support the 115V, 60 Hz, 1-phase, 2.2-amp draw on a NEMA 5-15P plug, and the 0.14 hp system is rated at 250 watts.

The self-closing door closes at 60 degrees and stays open for loading, and one adjustable coated stainless steel shelf organizes the cabinet interior. C-Pentane insulation lines the cabinet. It includes a 3-year warranty by the manufacturer.
