The Coldline Pizza Prep Table is a 3-door, stainless steel unit designed for high-volume pizza preparation in commercial kitchens, pizzerias, and restaurants that need a dedicated, organized cold prep station.

The cabinet offers 24.2 cubic feet of interior storage across three solid doors, with three adjustable epoxy-coated steel shelves inside a stainless steel interior measuring 69.5" (W) x 27" (D) x 23" (H). The rail holds up to 12 one-third size pans and is fitted with an insulated rail lid to maintain food temperatures during service. The 91.8" wide cutting board provides a generous work surface at a standard 35.3" work surface height, suited for active pizza assembly lines.

Refrigeration runs on R-290 refrigerant, a low-GWP option, with a 1/4+ HP compressor in a front/rear breathing configuration.
