The Coldline Pizza Prep Table is a 2-door refrigerated prep station designed for pizzerias, restaurants, and commercial kitchens that require a dedicated, organized workspace for topping assembly and dough handling.

The unit measures 31.5" (D) x 79.53" (W) x 38.78" (H) and offers a 21 cubic foot interior lined with stainless steel on all surfaces, including an interior width of 65", interior depth of 26.75", and interior height of 22.62". The topping rail accommodates nine 1/3 size, 6" deep pans on adjustable L-shaped slide rails, keeping frequently used ingredients within reach during service. Adjustable epoxy-coated steel shelves inside the cabinet provide flexible storage for bulk ingredients, dough trays, and prepped items.

Temperature is maintained between 32°F and 45°F, controlled by an electronic digital display for straightforward monitoring during a shift. The unit operates on 115V/60Hz single-phase power, draws 5.6 amperes, and uses an R-290/R600a refrigerant with a front and rear breathing compressor.
