The Coldline 79.5-inch Pizza Prep Table is a three-door refrigerated prep unit designed for high-volume pizza stations and commercial kitchens that require dedicated cold storage and an organized prep surface in one footprint.

The stainless steel exterior and interior measure 79.5" (W) x 31.5" (D) x 39" (H), with an interior of 65" (W) x 26.75" (D) x 22.62" (H) holding 20.2 cubic feet of refrigerated space. The unit maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 41°F and operates on 115V, 60 Hz, single-phase power at 2.6 amperes, drawing just 1/4 horsepower. The lid opening fits 23-5/8" x 15-3/4" stackable dough boxes as well as 6-inch or 8-inch round stacking dough pans, accommodating common prep configurations without additional adapters.

Temperature is managed through an electronic control panel with a digital display, giving kitchen staff a clear, at-a-glance readout of cabinet conditions. The R-290 refrigerant is a low-GWP option, and the front or rear breathing compressor style offers flexibility in how the unit is positioned along a prep line.
