The Coldline Pizza Prep Table is a 3-door refrigerated prep station designed for commercial kitchens, pizzerias, and restaurants that require reliable cold storage and an organized topping rail in a single unit.

The stainless steel exterior and interior measure 31.5" (D) x 79.5" (W) x 51" (H), with a 20.2 cubic foot interior cabinet that includes three epoxy coated steel adjustable shelves, providing structured storage behind three solid doors. The topping rail accommodates nine 1/3 size pans up to 6 inches deep, keeping pizza ingredients accessible and within reach during service. Interior dimensions of 26.75" deep x 65" wide x 22.62" tall allow for efficient organization of ingredients and storage containers.

The unit runs on 115V/60Hz single-phase power, drawing 2.6 amperes, and plugs into a standard NEMA 5-15P outlet. Electronic controls with a digital display allow staff to monitor and adjust the temperature within the 33°F to 41°F range.
