The unit measures 79.53 inches wide by 31.5 inches deep by 38.78 inches tall and holds 21 cubic feet of refrigerated space, with an interior finished in stainless steel measuring 57.3 inches wide, 22.4 inches deep, and 27.1 inches tall. The two solid doors open to adjustable epoxy-coated steel shelves, and the lid accommodates full-size sheet pans, dough proofing boxes, pans, and trays via adjustable L-shaped slide rails, giving prep cooks a flexible, organized work surface.
