The Coldline 60-inch Pizza Prep Table is designed for commercial kitchens, pizzerias, and restaurants that need a dedicated, refrigerated workspace for pizza preparation. The unit holds 15.1 cubic feet of interior storage and maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 41°F, keeping ingredients at safe holding temperatures throughout a busy service.

The stainless steel exterior in silver and a fully stainless steel interior make cleaning straightforward in a food-handling environment. Polyurethane insulation supports consistent cabinet temperatures, and the automatic defrost system reduces hands-on maintenance time. The digital electronic controls and digital display allow staff to monitor and adjust settings accurately without opening the cabinet.

The prep top accepts 23-5/8" x 15-3/4" stackable dough boxes as well as 6-inch or 8-inch round stacking dough pans, giving pizza kitchens a compatible workspace directly above the refrigerated cabinet. Inside, two adjustable epoxy-coated steel shelves organize ingredients across an interior that measures 41.5" wide x 26.75" deep x 22.46" high.
