The unit measures 44.49" (W) x 31.5" (D) x 39.4" (H) and holds 7.6 cubic feet of refrigerated storage behind a single solid door with a recessed handle and self-closing hinges that include a stay-open feature. The 1-inch-zone rail accommodates 5 standard 1/3-size pans, and the included 44.5" x 19.5" cutting board sits at a 35.3" work surface height, placing prep at a comfortable standing position for kitchen staff. An interior lined with 430 Series stainless steel is backed by foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to hold the cabinet between 33°F and 41°F.
