This commercial milk cooler uses cold wall cooling and maintains 33°F to 38°F using R-600a, a hydrocarbon class refrigerant. The bottom-mounted 1/5 HP compressor runs on 115 V, 7 A, 60 Hz, single phase. It features an external digital thermometer, a 9 ft power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug, and 4 swivel casters (4 in. each) for smooth mobility. The unit holds ETL Sanitation and cETLus certifications.
