It is constructed with powder coated steel in a white finish and measures 49.6" (W) x 28" (D) x 52" (H). The cabinet provides a total capacity of 13 cb3 and supports organized frozen dessert display and storage in commercial foodservice environments.

This dipping cabinet freezer features a temperature range of -15°F to 8°F with manual defrost and manual temperature control. It operates on 115 V, 1 phase, 60 Hz, and 270 W with 4 A current draw. The unit uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 2/5+ HP compressor system for refrigeration performance in commercial kitchen settings.

The freezer is designed with two sliding glass doors, a flat top style, and interior LED lighting for visibility of stored ice cream tubs.
