The cabinet holds up to 4 pans at a 3-gallon pan capacity, with a total container capacity of 6, across a 5.5 cubic foot interior measuring 21" (D) x 20.5" (W) x 25.5" (H). The sliding glass door design across 2 doors keeps ice cream visible to customers while minimizing cold-air loss during service. The white powder-coated exterior and white precoated steel interior are straightforward to wipe down during daily cleaning.
