The Coldline Ice Cream Dipping Cabinet Freezer is a 2-door sliding glass display unit designed for ice cream parlors, dessert shops, and scoop shops that need reliable frozen storage and open-format serving access in a commercial kitchen setting.

The cabinet holds up to eight 3-gallon ice cream tubs across its 13 cubic foot interior, which is lined with precoated steel and insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane for consistent temperature retention. A manual temperature control maintains a range of -15°F to 8°F, suitable for keeping ice cream at proper serving consistency. LED interior lighting illuminates the tubs for easy identification during service.

Built from powder coated steel in a white finish, the unit measures 28" (L) x 49.6" (W) x 34.5" (H) and ships at 170 lb. A flat top style maximizes counter or storage flexibility. The cabinet runs on 115V single-phase power at 4 amps and 270 watts, drawing from a NEMA 5-15P plug on a 5.91-foot cord. Four casters, two with brakes and two without, allow the unit to be positioned and secured on the floor. Shelves, tub holders, and a coated wire basket are included.
